Actionable Insights

If you can't take action on an insight, you've just got a theory. You've got an idea. 

You've gotta test-drive that thing! 

It's a theory of change. It's a hypothesis. It's (hopefully) well-informed. 

But at the end of the day it's gotta be put to the test. 

Insights are okay. But actionable insights are meant to be applied. 

And learned from. 

You must reflect. 

But then you must act.

But then you must reflect. 

But then you...get it. 

Make sure you can take action on the insights and recommendations given to you. 

And that you're clear on what the provider is providing.
