Measuring experience

There's a growing movement of people relying on "experience" more than education. 

But...someone could spend 20 years doing something the wrong way. 

Focus on both qualitative and quantitative measures. 

Don't tell me how long you were in the position. 

Tell me what you achieved while you were in it.
