Are organization's inherently complex?

Are organizations inherently complex, in and of themselves? 

Who knows. Perhaps not. 

But what's for certain is that the people who make up organizations are. 

Even if they tell you otherwise. 

We're all impacted in ways we can't even begin to imagine. 

Our perceptions, assumptions, desires, beliefs, and actions are influenced by a multitude of factors near impossible to pin down. 

As we join organizations, we bring all of this with us...some stuff we know about and most of us haven't the slightest idea about the rest. 

But it all certainly does impact your business.
